Last week Karbonn Smart Tab 10 Cosmic was spotted. Now yet again a tablet pops up from the house of Karbonn. This time Karbonn decides to bring some freshness in features in display size. That’s why Karbonn Smart Tab 8 Velox looks quite compact and shows off strong spec sheet. This time Karbonn have went ahead with dual core Cortex A9 processor cores replacing age-old Cortex A8. It’s a dual core one as well. Also RAM is doubled to 1 GB which means you can play more games without experiencing any sort of lagging. There is no SIM card slot as you can expect. But a powerful 4500 mAh battery is supplied with the tablet which promises to deliver better backup and more hours of usage at a time.

Karbonn Smart Tab 8 Velox sports 8 inch LCD Capacitive touch screen display that supports 1024×768 pixels XGA resolution and 5 point multi-touch. Built around Android 4.1 JellyBean the tablet is powered by 1.5 GHz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM. Hardware is perfectly alright for gaming as said earlier. Dual camera is there. Rear facing 3 MP camera is there while the front camera is a VGA camera.

The tab is coming in black and white color only.
