Micromax A110 Canvas 2 vs Lava Iris 501 vs Byond B66 : Final Words

Well, there is not much too choose from. All three handsets are close enough to conclude anything. However, Lava Iris 501 seems to the winner as it comes with ambient light sensor and gyroscope sensor. Ambient light sensor is much needed when the display size is as big as 5 inch. It automatically adjust screen brightness according to exposure.

In other two handsets you need to adjust brightness manually which is bit hectic. Also the low cost gives it an edge over other two. Although the camera of Iris 501 is a 5 MP one it’s capable of recording HD 720p video. Therefore, you have no room to complain at all. Also free 4 GB memory card and additional back panel as freebie comes bundled with this handset. Micromax Canvas 2 is the slimmest among all three.

More spec. are given wrong here a110 captures 720p hd videos and its android version is 4.0.4 which is upgradable to
Jelly bean 4.1.1 and mmx is upgrading it for free!!

    • No, some Canvas 2 devices only run 720p HD video. I don’t know how this is possible but this is a fact. I have been using Canvas 2 but it fails to play .MP4, .MKV HD video. In addition it also fails to record HD video. .3gp video and VGA 480×640 pixels only. Yes, Canvas 2 is upgradable to JellyBean.
