Xolo A800 is a product from Lava International under the brand Xolo. Do not get confused with the brand name. It’s not from Intel. Intel tied up with Lava to sell their first Atom inside smartphone Xolo X900 in Indian market. Well, spec this handset resembles other handsets available in this price segment. It has 4.5 inch IPS LCD Capacitive touch screen with qHD resolution. MediaTek MT6577 SoC is used here along with 512 MB RAM. Multitasking is not very impressive but matches most other handsets in this price segment.
Other than display rest of the hardware matches Micromax Canvas 2. But display quality of Xolo A800 is better than Canvas 2 because smaller display and higher resolution result in higher ppi 245. ROM size is 4 GB which leaves approx 2 GB free. Lava is also supplying a 8 GB micro SD card along with this handset. You can increase external memory up to 32 GB.

Camera quality is not too impressive although the rear camera is a 8 MP one and Lava is claiming it’s using BSI sensor inside. BSI or Backside Illumination sensor improved low-light shooting.
